Closing of the Training Course for Registration and Results Systems

In the Main Campus of Sudan University of Science and Technology (SUST), the activities of the training course on "Registration and Result System" were concluded, which was organized by the Secretariat of Scientific Affairs and took place on 28-29 September 2022.

The closing session was attended by Prof. Abdel-Azim Suleiman Al-Mahal, deputy Vice Chancellor of the University, Prof. Caroline Edward Ayyad, Secretary of Scientific Affairs, Dr. Afraa Hashim, Deputy Secretary of Scientific Affairs, and Mr Jalal Abdelrahman, Director of the Center for Private and Technology Admissions, with the participation and presence of a number of deans, heads of departments, professors of different colleges, college registrars and their assistants.

Prof. Caroline Edward expressed her happiness with the training course and her appreciation for the support and interest of university's employees for the course. She also indicated that the training workshops on score systems help to get them approved quickly in the university Senate, as well as reducing the time wasted in preparing the lists and addressing many technical problems.

She said, "We are on the verge of the registration period for new students, therefore we will intensify the work to involve everyone and give them the foundations and concepts about the various processes and stages of registration." Finally, she thanked everyone who participated, attended and arranged until the training course came out in the optimal and required manner."

It is worth mentioning that the final day included various lectures and introductory lectures on the result and registration system, and models for problems, different academic cases and how to seek solutions, presented by a group of specialized staff and experts.

Appreciation certificates and training course certificates were distributed and handed over to the recipients and students, to the warmth of all.
