With reference and in addition to the announcement issued on November 30, 2023, the Secretariat of Scientific Affairs at Sudan University of Science and Technology announces the resumption of its activities, including issuing and authenticating the following certificates in Port Sudan and soon abroad
- Registration certificate, graduation statement, to whom it may concern, certificate of completion and certificate of details (for bachelor’s and diploma)
- Certificate of Completion (Postgraduate)
Starting from Sunday, January 28th, 2024, in the Office of the Secretariat of Scientific Affairs - Sudan University of Science and Technology in Port Sudan - Red Sea University - College of Marine Sciences.
Soon in Cairo, the Office of the Secretariat of Scientific Affairs - Sudan University of Science and Technology in Cairo City, 4 Street 2, Upper Plateau - Mokattam - Cairo - 11571 EGP - Arab Experts in Engineering and Management - Egypt - Team Misr
Notes
- Issuing and authentication of all certificates starting from graduates of 2011
- Issuing of distance education certificates will be suspended
- Issuing the certificates that were previously applied for in Wad Medani office, but an evidence should be presented

- Omdurman National Bank 60223/8 in the name of the College of Graduate Studies - Sudan University - Foreign currency

- Office work starts from 9:00 AM until 13:30 in the afternoon, except on Fridays and Saturdays
- Bringing all documents and adhering to what is required gives priority and speed of completion
- Documents will be received after two weeks from the date of submission
