We all are greatly saddened by the news that Prof. Daffaallah Mohammad Makki, vice chancellor of Eldaein University, the Professor at the Faculty of Natural Resources and former head of the Department of Animal Production, who passed away on Friday, July 16, 2021, after a period of sickness.

The deceased was distinguished in his field, mentor and role model, and he has been like a father to all of his students and so caring and helpful to his colleagues.

Our deepest sympathy to his family and our prayers will be with them! May he be accepted in the highest heavens and may Allah inspire his family and relatives patience and good consolation.
