All students must hurry to complete the registration procedures and receive the university ID card until Thursday, 25-8-2022, in order to approve the final students' lists for examinations and to avoid deprivation from sitting for examinations.
Note that the tuition fees for all students have been activated and they can pay through all branches of Omdurman National Bank (ONB) and Faisal Islamic Bank and their online apps (OCash and Fawry).

Students who have the following cases should visit the offices of the Special and BTech Admissions Department in the Western Campus and the offices of the Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in the Southern Campus:
- Students with discount privileges.
- Students with academic cases after consulting their academic advisors in their departments.
