College of Physical Education and Sports: Alumni Association Holds a Symposium for Total Quality in Sports

The Alumni Association of the College of Physical Education and Sports, at Sudan University of Science and Technology, held a symposium on total quality in sport to reach universality, in which Dr. Hassan Alsharif, assistant professor at Qatar University, a graduate of the college, spoke about the importance of quality in sport to reach universality.


Prof. Ahmed Adam Ahmed Mohamed, Dean of the College, addressed the audience. The event was attended by individuals representing various sports, such as football, athletics, swimming, gymnastics, tennis, karate, rowing, physical therapy, and equestrian. The event was also attended by a representative of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, individuals representing various sports institutions, in addition to college students and graduates. The presented paper was discussed from several aspects, with a focus on Sudan's participation in the recent Tokyo Olympics.


At the end of the symposium, the head of the association, Dr. Mirghani Hassan, thanked everyone and promised a number of activities in the sports field in the coming periods.
