Call for Bids No 5-2021: Equipment Supply and Installation for the Institute of Laser

The principal of Sudan University for Science and Technology wishes to invite qualified and competent suppliers to supply and install laser institute equipment in accordance with the provisions of the Purchase and Contracting Law for 2010 and the Regulations for Procurement, Contract and Surplus Disposal of 2011 for the Republic of Sudan.

Conditions

  • Initial insurance of 2% of the bid value by a certified check or an unconditional and irrevocable bank letter of guarantee in effect throughout the bid period in the name of the principal of Sudan University for Science and Technology.
  • Certificate of incorporation for the company registered in Sudan and approved by the Sudanese embassy for companies registered outside Sudan.
  • Tax free party certificate.
  • Value Added Certificate.
  • A Zakat Clearance Certificate.
  • Tax identification number.
  • Completing the legal stamp procedures on the bid book.
  • Certificate of financial capability.
  • Curriculum Vitae.
  • The University Vice President has the right to cancel any item from the tender at any stage, and it is not restricted to higher acceptance or any other bid.
  • Obtaining the bid brochure from the office of the vice-president, during official working hours, after paying an amount of (5000) pounds that is not returned.
  • University employees are not allowed to apply.
  • Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes sealed with red wax and written on from the outside the supply and installation of the laser institute's equipment, and placed in the bid box at the office of the university vice-president.
  • The deadline for receiving bids is Wednesday 9/6/2021 at 12:00 noon.
