Chaired by Dr. Awadallah Tayfor, the University principal, a meeting was held for the organizing committee for the vice chancellor's staff meeting in the 9th of May. Dr. Tayfor assessed the submitted reports by the subcommittee in charge of invitations, media, services and hospitality and the event program.
Dr. Tayfor was assured of the progress of the arrangements. His Excellency invited all university employees to attend the meeting tomorrow, Monday, the 9th of May, at 10:00 in the morning in the western campus.
It is worth mentioning that the event program consists of a schedule of various activities including performance by the university choir.
