Crowds at the Freshers Registration and Praise for SUST from Students and Parents

On the third day after the start of registration of newly admitted Bachelor students (Private and BTech admission), Sudan University of Science and Technology (SUST), witnessed a large rush and influx of students and parents to complete the registration procedures to ensure their registration in the official records of the university.

SUST has played its role in preparing and arranging for registration in a good manner due to SUST's long prestigious history, which qualified it to be at the forefront of Sudanese higher education institutions. This is attributed to SUST's interest in developing, modernizing, and keeping up with its curricula and decisions in all fields and different disciplines, in order to find a place and a prestigious seat among its berths, such that the university’s ambassadors, professors and students, are honored in their external participation at all regional and international levels.

The university put all its capabilities in preparing for the registration process, which was launched electronically in all its stages, in an environment that took into account the need for the comfort of students and parents, who praised and commended the order and accuracy that exceeded their expectations.

We surveyed the parents, and these testimonies came out:

The parent of the student, Ahmed Tariq Mohamad Al-Tom, who was accepted into aeronautical engineering, where Tariq explained that the registration procedures are easy and passed in an unbelievably fast sequence. It is his primary desire for SUST's distinction and uniqueness in this field, as he put it.

On the other hand, Ms. Afaf Hussein, the mother of Radwan Amin who was accepted to study accounting, commented that her only son chose SUST because of the good reputation of the university in various scientific disciplines. "The registration procedures surprised us with its fast and elegant rhythm and my conviction is great in SUST, so I preferred it over all universities", Radwan added.

Ms. Abeer Taj Al-Rahman Hammad, the mother of the student, Iyad Adel Mohamad Al-Moati (mechanical engineering), mentioned that the university environment makes you feel safe and comfortable from the entrance gate. "I provided my son with valuable advice and guidance that makes you feel that you are putting your son in good hands", she added.

Iyad mentioned that the procedures are clear and passed in a record time. He said "Sudan University was my desire and I insisted on joining it because the study of engineering there is excellent and distinguished."

This were the impressions of the new students and their parents about SUST and its unique scientific majors and its global reach made it attractive to students and their parents.
