قام البروفيسور عوض سعد حسن مدير جامعة السودان للعلوم والتكنولوجيا ويرافقه الأستاذ عبدالحليم الأمين العام للجنة التسيرية لنقابة الأساتذة بالجامعة، لتأدية واجب العزاء لوالدة الشهيد الطالب مدثر مختار الشفيع الأستاذة مريم عبدالرحمن عبدالله السكرتيرة بمعهد دراسات وثقافة السلام بالجامعة بمنزلهم بحي اركويت.  accompanied by Mr. AbdelHalim Mohamed AbdelHalim, the secretary general and media and external relations secretary, for the steering committee of the university teachers union,  paid a visit to offer condolences to Mrs Mariam AbdalRahman AbdAllah, the staff member in the Institute of Studies and Culture of Peace, who lost her son during the shocking events of shootings in the 11th of May, when Sudanese protesters were peacefully marking the second anniversary of the 2019 sit-up raid.
