Sudan University for Science and Technology is glad to announce the re-opening of the application for academic exchange for staff and students with Çankırı Karatekin University within the scope of Erasmus+ mobility exchange program for the 2021-2022 academic year.

How to Apply?

  • Erasmus+ KA+107 Staff Mobility Application Form
  • Erasmus+ KA107 Mobility Agreement Staff Mobility For Teaching or
  • Erasmus+ KA107 Mobility Agreement Staff Mobility For Training
  • Confirmation Letter (received from the academic or administrative units to which they are affiliated)

Erasmus grant

Staff Teaching Mobility (5 Days)

  • 360 Euro per person for the flight tickets; no more or less for both staff and student.
  • 140 euro * 5 working days = 700 + 360 euro for one staff.

After the mobility

Academic and administrative staff who have completed the staff mobility activity should submit the following documents to International Relations Office:

  • KA107 Personnel Mobility Agreement signed by all universities
  • Travel documents (air tickets, train tickets)
  • Certificate of Participation (duration must be specified)
  • Erasmus survey (completed online)
  • Erasmus experience sharing (pictured feedback summarizing the activity)

Please remember that ...

  • It is worth noting that applicants must either prove their proficiency in a foreign language with a document. The final selection of those accepted will be made according to the criteria in the attached documents.
  • Online system of ÇAKÜ will be used for the applications. Applications must be submitted via the International Relations Unit of Çankırı Karatekin University by the application deadline using the online application process. All documents related to the application must be uploaded and sent to the attached addresses.

REMINDER FOR INCOMING STAFF

Incoming staff are responsible for all living expenses including transportation to and from CAKU, room and board, HEALTH INSURANCE and miscellaneous expenses while at CAKU.


Incoming staff agree to abide by the rules and regulations of Cankiri Karatekin University.


The Erasmus grant is going to be paid on Friday %100 if the activities are completed.
