Sudan University of Science & Technology (SUST) Signs a Cooperation Agreement with Al-Neelain University
Sudan University of Science & Technology has recently signed a collaborative agreement with Al-Neelain University in Khartoum. HE the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Hashim Ali Salem signed on behalf of SUST, while HE Prof. Ahmed El-Tayeb Mohammed Ahmed, the Vice Chancellor signed it on behalf of Al-Neelain University. A number of staff members from both universities were present at the signature ceremony.
Following the signing ceremony, Prof. Hashim said that the agreement aims at expanding cooperation between the two universities, take full advantage of their potentials and use facilities available at both of them such as surplus halls, workshops and laboratories and to benefit from scientific research carried out by their faculty members.
Prof. Hashim expressed his happiness for signing this agreement which will reinforce links between the two universities, encourage sincere and zealous endeavors in fields of knowledge, promote academic and research activities to improve students’ achievements and institutional performance in both institutions in order to contribute to the welfare of our country and serve the public interest.
In the same context, HE Prof. Ahmed El-Tayeb Mohammed Ahmed, the Vice Chancellor of Al-Neelain University said that this agreement allow for the exchange of professors between the two universities, in addition to use of other facilities as set forth therein, and the conduct of joint scientific research which will hugely contribute to the growth and development of Sudan.
