A Short Course on Food Safety and Hygiene
The first Short Course in Food Safety and Hygiene for Vets and Food Safety Officers will be held at the College of Veterinary Medicine, SUST in the period from from May the 6th to May the 10th 2012 and lectures time from 4 pm to 6 pm.
The fees are
400 SDG for attending the course and
100 SDG for the certificate.
Topics included in the course are ISO 22000 and HACCP.
Please be aware that the number of participants is limited.
The course will be conducted in English and registration should be made by May the 5th.
