of the Principal of the university , to create permenent relations
between the university and higher education institutions , ministries
, government corporations and public opinion to introduce the
objectives of the university and its role in society.

press and mass media to reflect the activities and programs of the
university.

- Prepares and publishes
information booklets and leaflets which illustrate the goals of
the university in different fields.
- Receives and accompanies
guests , secures their residence ,supervises and organises visits
and invitations
- Facilitates travel
procedures to the university staff inside and outside the country
