Before her visit to Sudan, Queen Elizabeth II had requested to visit the College of Fine and Applied Arts. This souvenir photo had been taken to Her Majesty with Professor Bastawy Baghdadi, the then dean of the college at the buildings of Khartoum Technical Institute.

The exhibitions provided detailed valuable information on the benefits of camel and how to get maximum benefit from this animal. The exhibitions also included a gallery that reflects the life of Abbala (Camel-herding groups).
